If you don't have SSH access, ask support to help you:
- Remove the directory /home/lilith33/public_html/writing
- Untar /home/lilith33/fantastico_backups/writing.backup.1275239895.tgz
- Empty the database lilith33_drpl1
- Import the file /home/lilith33/fantastico_backups/writing/backup.sql into the database lilith33_drpl1
- Move /home/lilith33/fantastico_backups/writing to /home/lilith33/public_html/writing
