It used to be that I could stay up until three in the morning, and then wake up at 6am to go to work. Actually, it occurs to me that the fact that I used to do that all the time is the reason I can’t do it anymore.

I think I am going to give Steve H. the last word on Terri Schiavo. Central quote:
Leftists believe that if a person is probably not capable of consciousness, that person should be killed. Conservatives believe that if there is a substantial possibility that a person is or will be capable of consciousness, that person should […]
I ranted this over at Ace of Spades HQ but I thought I’d share with you, my tiny group of readers:
Fuck being cremated. I’m not even sure there is a god, but I plan to have written into my will that my corpse be bronzed and placed on the steps of the Florida State Capitol. […]
(Stated previously here.) Personally, I have grown to believe that Mr. Schiavo did what he did in the sincere belief that he was doing good. That makes what he did so much the worse.

I’ve come across something else that I must add to my list of reasons that are simply not good enough to allow the murder of Terri Schiavo: the fact that many people who are now proclaiming their support of Mrs. Schiavo being allowed to live are themselves distasteful to many citizens of this fine land […]
Axis of They Set My Teeth on Edginess. Axis of Crappiness. Axis of Mustiness. (1969 was a long time ago; these people exude Versace Mothball every time they open their mouths.) Behold, the Hollywood Phalanx of Frivolity:
After the election, a little stunned by their own lack of influence, some seemed afraid that hordes of red-staters […]
I got displeased with the MT-run blogroll. It just isn’t quite what I want… I see a straight hand-coded list in my future.
