I'm privileged enough to live about 10 minutes (or less) walk away from Prof Tolkien's favourite pub, The Eagle and Child =)

Definitely going to go for a meal and drink there with my fellow LOTR fan, Paul, when he comes visit in February... and we'll drink a toast to Tolkien's Eleventy-First birthday!
