Thank you, Ancient Elder One!

Guess who bloggers have to thank for their newfound 'fame and fortune': none other than the tentacled being himself, Trent Lott. Or at least, this is the case according to the Boston Globe. Mmmm... smell the cluelessness! They also commit the usual cardinal sin of not linking to the bloggers they name. Is the Globe in Google's pay?

Wonder what H. P. Lovecraft would have been like as a blogger? Having read the Boston Globe piece, I must agree: it truly reeks with cluelessness.

Silly. Lott is a disciple of Cthulhu, who lies dreaming in Rl'yeh, etc., etc. Different Elder One. Gotta keep those guys straight.

HPL was a racist with a particular horror of miscegenation. He left quite a paper trail to prove it (do a Google). Do Samuel Francis or David Duke post blogs?

So the Lott/Lovecraft connexion is closer than one might think...
