Good luck! Last year I weighed almost 230. Now I'm down to 206 and have stayed under 210 for 4 months now. My goal is also 190 (or to get and stay below 200). My main motivation has been to get in shape for my Philmont expedition next month. I suspect if I'm not below 200 before I leave that I'll be below 200 when I get back!
And yes, it's a long way from the Inter-fat challenge. ;^)
Yes, I don't think I'll see 163 anytime soon again. Or wear those, ahem, clothes.
