What is so hard to understand? The USDA says that in 2005 38 million Americans live in households that do not know how they are going to get their next meal. That Second Harvest Food Bank provides meals for 25 million of them is not surprising.
Well, I don't think there's anything here I don't understand. There are however, things I do not believe to be true. So, the USDA says 1 in 8 Americans doesn't know where their next meal is coming from. Bullshit. Another thing I was noting was the logistical nonsense implied by the phrasing here.
